Amounts that may be deducted

Where legally permitted, deductions are limited to proportionate service work already completed and disclosed third-party costs already incurred, such as government, consular, appointment, translation, courier, education-provider or employer charges.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 30 working days. The original written offer or invoice will state the applicable return method, including the treatment of USDT conversion and network fees.

No outcome guarantee

A refusal or delay by an employer or authority does not automatically establish entitlement to a full refund; the written service scope, completed work, incurred costs and applicable consumer law are considered.
